Our leadership combines client representation, industrial operations, commissioning, technical systems, maintenance, reliability, logistics and workforce leadership. This allows us to evaluate projects from the perspectives of the owner, operator, contractor, technical specialist and field execution team.

Greg Hollett is a Co-Founder of Summit Project Solutions, bringing more than a decade of experience in industrial operations, commissioning, process control, project execution and client representation across the oil and gas, mining and industrial sectors. He combines broad technical and operational knowledge with a strong understanding of how projects, people and business systems must work together to deliver successful outcomes.
Throughout his career, Greg has held operational, commissioning, production and client-side leadership roles supporting major industrial facilities across Canada. His experience spans control-room and field operations, construction support, commissioning and startup, operational readiness, contractor coordination, project interfaces and owner representation. He has led complex facility startups and shutdowns while working across engineering, construction, operations, maintenance and contractor teams.
Greg has developed operational improvements, control strategies and alarm-management solutions that support safer and more efficient facility performance. His client-representative work has further strengthened his ability to gather and distribute critical information, manage interfaces, resolve issues and maintain alignment between owners and contractors.
Known for seeing the complete project environment, Greg connects technical requirements, client priorities and practical execution. At Summit, he is focused on project strategy, client relationships, corporate development and building the systems, partnerships and delivery capability required to support major capital projects from early planning through operation.

Justin Hooper is a Co-Founder of Summit Project Solutions, bringing extensive experience in instrumentation and controls, commissioning, maintenance, well work, logistics and offshore operations. His progression from technical field roles into senior operational leadership gives him a comprehensive understanding of both industrial systems and the people, resources and coordination required to deliver complex work successfully.
Throughout his career, Justin has held technical, commissioning, maintenance, logistics and operational leadership roles supporting major offshore facilities in Canada. His experience spans instrumentation and controls, commissioning leadership, maintenance supervision, well-work coordination, contractor management, workforce planning, logistics and offshore installation management.
Justin’s technical foundation in PLCs, HMIs and control systems allows him to communicate effectively with technical personnel, while his broader supervisory background enables him to manage multidisciplinary teams, competing priorities and high-responsibility operations. He understands how personnel, equipment, materials and operational requirements must be coordinated across demanding project environments.
Known for building capable teams, developing people and maintaining clear accountability, Justin is well respected within the offshore oil and gas community. At Summit, he is focused on operational execution, workforce leadership, logistics, technical staffing and ensuring project teams have the people, resources and direction required to deliver safe and successful outcomes.

Jonathan Oake is a Co-Founder of Summit Project Solutions, bringing more than a decade of experience in industrial instrumentation, controls, measurement, commissioning, maintenance and plant operations across the oil and gas and mineral-processing industries. He combines strong technical judgment with a practical understanding of how complex systems must be installed, tested, integrated and prepared for reliable operation.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has held technical and leadership roles supporting major industrial facilities across Western Canada. His experience spans commissioning and startup, system verification, process measurement, valve automation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance execution and reliability improvement. He has worked closely with engineering, construction, operations and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and support successful project delivery.
Jonathan’s background gives him the ability to evaluate project requirements from both the design and operating perspectives. His specialized experience in instrumentation, measurement and control technologies provides additional depth for systems integration, modernization, technical assurance and field execution when those requirements arise.
Known for his technical precision, collaborative approach and commitment to quality, Jonathan is focused on commissioning strategy, systems integration, technical assurance and ensuring that capital projects are tested, documented and prepared for safe, dependable operation.

Chris Knox is a Co-Founder of Summit Project Solutions, bringing more than 12 years of experience in industrial execution, maintenance strategy, shutdowns, turnarounds, asset reliability and offshore operations. With a background in mechanical maintenance and power engineering, he combines hands-on technical knowledge with proven leadership in planning and delivering complex work in demanding operating environments.
Throughout his career, Chris has held maintenance, machinery-advisory, planning and supervisory roles supporting major offshore production facilities in Canada. His experience spans execution planning, materials and resource coordination, contractor management, rotating-equipment reliability, maintenance-program development and the supervision of multidisciplinary teams.
Chris brings an important long-term operating perspective to capital projects. His experience allows him to assess maintainability, equipment reliability, maintenance requirements, spare-parts needs and future operating demands before facilities are handed over. He also brings extensive knowledge of CMMS development, preventive and predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis and shutdown execution.
Known for practical leadership, strong planning and disciplined execution, Chris is focused on maintainability, operational readiness, maintenance integration, shutdown and turnaround strategy, and helping clients transition successfully from project delivery into reliable long-term operation.
